Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the legal agreement between participants ("You" or "Your") and GNB Property ("We", "Us", "Our") regarding Your participation in the GNB Property Referral Program ("Program"). Participation in the Program is governed by these Terms and indicates Your agreement to them.

Eligibility

The Program is open exclusively to current customers of GNB Property. Participation is subject to discontinuation or modification at Our discretion, without notice, in whole or part.

Program Participation

To participate, refer individuals ("Referrals") to GNB Property Software using the designated Program mechanisms provided by Us. Referrals must be made via the submission form provided on Our website or as otherwise indicated by Us. Upon submission, You will receive an email confirmation of Your Referral.

Rewards

• Reward Structure: For each Referral that becomes a paying customer ("Successful Referral"), You will be eligible to receive rewards credited to Your account. The reward amount can be up to £300 ("Reward"), depending on the software package the Referral selects. The exact amount of the Reward will be determined based on the value of the package chosen by Your Referral.
• Reward Utilisation: Rewards will be credited directly to Your account with Us, to be exclusively used to offset the costs of Your active subscriptions. This means the more Referrals You make, the more credits You accumulate, potentially allowing You to benefit from Our software services free of charge, as long as You have enough credits to cover Your subscription.
• Credit Issuance: Reward credits will be applied to Your account within 30 days following the Successful Referral's first payment to Us.

Conditions for Reward Payment

A Referral is deemed successful once they make their first payment for Our services. If a Referral subscribes within 6 months from the referral date, You are eligible for the Reward. Referrals converting after 6 months will not qualify for a Reward unless an exception is granted by Us.

General Terms

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Program, Rewards, and these Terms without notice. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and Referrals. Fraudulent or unethical behaviour will result in forfeiture of participation in the Program and any accrued Rewards.

Limitation of Liability

GNB Property will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from Your participation in the Program, except where prohibited by UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on Our website. By continuing to participate in the Program after changes are made, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
